One of my favorite parts of traveling is getting lost in markets & shops, and chatting with local business owners. You learn so much about a country’s history, traditions, environment, & people through local goods. Each country brings something unique to the table, but in the end — we’re all more similar than we think.

I started this travel shop with the intention of sharing unique & authentic finds with you wherever I travel. It never sat well with me seeing large stores like Urban Outfitters selling the same scarves from markets in India or Thailand for 5x the price; or knowing that organic tea farmers in Japan have to short sell their tea to chains like Teavana who heavily inflate their prices for large profits.

I want local businesses abroad to receive their fair share & I want my community at home to have the opportunity to conveniently purchase international goods, without having to question its authenticity.
